Delete your Sirvanos Go account and data

Sirvanos Go is provided by NexPhaz. This page explains how to delete your account or erase your details, in the app or by email.

Guests who ordered without an account

Most guests never create an account. To erase your details from the orders you placed on this phone:

  1. Open Sirvanos Go and tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Forget my orders on this phone.
  3. Confirm with Forget my orders.

This erases your name, phone number, delivery address, delivery instructions, item notes, the delivery photo and the driver's route from those orders on our servers, and removes the order history from your phone. To also remove the name, phone and address the app saved for your next checkout, tap Clear saved details on the same screen.

Do this before deleting the app. Your order keys are kept in the phone's secure storage, which some phones keep after an app is removed, and without them we cannot match those orders to you from inside the app (you can still email us).

Drivers, kitchen staff and managers

  1. Open Sirvanos Go and sign in.
  2. Tap the account icon (the person symbol at the top of the screen).
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Guests who signed in with their phone number delete their account the same way, from the Account tab.

If you have an order or a delivery in progress, the app asks you to finish it first. A manager who deletes their account loses access to the restaurant; the restaurant's menu and order records stay with the restaurant.

Or ask us by email

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@sirvanosgo.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the phone number or email you used and, if you ordered without an account, the restaurant and the date or number of your order, so we can find it. We may ask you to confirm a detail to make sure the request comes from you. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted and what is kept

DeletedKept
  • Your account, name, phone number, email address and password
  • Your sign-ins and restaurant memberships
  • Your name, phone, address, instructions and notes on your orders
  • Delivery photos of your orders
  • Driver location history (also deleted automatically after 7 days)
  • Anonymous order items and totals, which the restaurant needs for its accounting and taxes. They no longer identify you.
  • Records of actions taken in the app (for example, "order accepted"), no longer linked to your name.
  • Card payment records held by the payment processor, as the law requires.
  • Server logs, for a short time (normally no more than 30 days).

Deletion cannot be undone. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
